Business Director
Faizal is an individual who is driven by objectives and goals. He strives working in a multicultural and diversifies environment that enables an individual to think outside the box through design thinking, creative thinking and critical thinking.
He developed his management & leadership skills through years of experience in different industries, high-pressure working environment, & ability to communicate effectively with people and leaders at different management levels.
Currently pursuing an MBA from Globis, Tokyo-Japan, to further enhance his skills in Leadership, Marketing & Strategy, Branding, Business Finance & Accounting, and Venture Management.
HAIRUL LATIFF

Hairul view graphic design as a noble profession, where ethics and values should be continually upheld in this competitive digital era. To him, hard work is always required, inspiration is always beyond graphic design and perfection is never beyond reach.
With more than a decade of experience, brands such as AkzoNobel, Dulux, SingTel, Overseas Union Enterprise Limited, Wisma Geylang Serai, and many others have benefitted to better inform; provide awareness and reward their target audience through his creative.
His love for progression and desire to share led him to join the Institute of Technical Education as a lecturer in the Visual Communication department (2009-2012). To date, he continues to develop specialised curriculum and conduct series of lectures. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Art, Design and Media (ADM); LASALLE College of the Arts; and M.A.D. School by Chatsworth Medi@rt Academy.
Hairul believes in the intrinsic capacity of humans to be bold, emotionally engaged about great design solutions and the propensity
of the slightest gestures to touch us in a very human way.
YENNI WIJAYA
Studio Director / Curator
Yenni came to Singapore after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trisakti University Jakarta, Indonesia.
She worked in various design agencies, big and small, serving clients from diverse industries including SMEs and MNCs.
Handling different kind of design aspects, she has developed promotional materials, environmental graphics, packaging and publication designs for OSIM, P&G, Shell Petroleum, Microsoft, Sol Melia Hotels, SIGGRAPH Asia, Times Bookstores to name a few. With over ten years experience in prints under her belt, she joined forces with Faizal and Hairul in developing B.RU.

SIMONE ERASMUS
Editor / Copywriter
Simone was born in Singapore and lives in Goldcoast, Australia with her husband and two kids. Her favourite things in life are food science, old recipes, meaningful conversation, and being around her extremely energetic offsprings. She has experience in copywriting for for B2B, as well as the skincare, recipe development and lifestyle industries. She also aids in developing marketing strategies and social media campaigns for companies.
JOHN STANLEY MARSH
Copywriter
John graduated from RMIT Melbourne with Bachelor of Communication degree majoring in creative advertising. He’s been involved in various corporate communication and digital marketing projects, provided writing & editing of creative materials for general publications, annual reports, web content and collaterals for both government and private sectors in the past decade.

Adeline has more than ten years of experience spanning across the public, private and non-profit sectors in areas including media and communications, content development across traditional and digital platforms, project and stakeholder management, public affairs and public policy as well as international relations.
ade GABRIEL HOSTIMADA
Creative Director / Spatial Design
While finishing his Bachelor Degree in Interior Design at Trisakti University, Jakarta, Ade has started to work for an up and coming lighting design company. Three years later he packed up his bag and headed to Singapore where he found himself a job at an interior design firm. Since then he’s been serving clients ranging from residential to commercial for both Singapore and overseas (Indonesia & Malaysia) market for over fifteen years.
aNGELA ANNABEL
Fashion Merchandiser / Academia
Annabel obtained her Bachelor Degree in Fashion Marketing from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Singapore in 2013. Upon returning to her hometown in Jakarta, she was trained under two emerging eponymous labels namely Tex Saverio and TOTON where she’s in charge of the conceptualisation and production of the collection. Armed with seven years of experience in fashion merchandising, she’s now an adjunct lecturer at ESMOD Jakarta and Raffles Design Indonesia. She also conducts printmaking workshops on her spare time at Indoestri Makerspace and a big fan of K-Pop music.
aYDIL HAQEEM
Animator / 3D Artist
A visual artist based in Singapore. Aydil has a penchant for creating immersive digital experiences grounded in strategy. Experienced in various kind of design such as graphic, 3D, street art and digital painting. Art has always revolved around him and gave him the passion to dive into any new opportunities.
