Riding the digital wave and to enhance customer experience, Singtel introduced Livebots in May 2018 at their flagship store in Comcentre. With Livebots, customers can chat directly with a customer service officer through a tablet that was installed on roving robots. The customer service officers were allocated at a designated area where there will be minimal noise interruptions. We were tasked to brand the area’s glass wall to reflect the advance technology and how it helps to connect the officers and the customers. An isometric typography approach was deployed and put together with light-hearted illustrations to deliver a vibrant and upbeat atmosphere to the environment. The design was extended to the command centre neighbouring the compound and together they become the focal point of otherwise monochromatic work space.
